Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suits Kingston. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Inspect hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist housekeeping staff with their duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and initiative are essential.
Work Environment:

Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift as part of your duties.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

30-40 hours per week.
