Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at Fraserway RV. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, determining their needs, and selecting products that best match their lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Determine customer needs and preferences through consultation and product knowledge
  • Select products that best match customer lifestyles and preferences
  • Closing sales deals by following company sales processes and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in regular and ongoing sales training to improve sales productivity and product knowledge
  • Conduct customer orientation of purchased units and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Call sold customers within 24 to 48 hours of delivery to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area and equipment
  • Ensure customer-facing workspace is presentable and professional

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in the RV, automotive, or related industries
  • Valid sales license or willingness to obtain
  • Basic understanding of email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Strong closing skills and ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and work ethic
