Job Overview

This position will be located out of our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario, and will be required to be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week. As an Account Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving delinquent accounts, ensuring that correct procedures are followed related to contraventions of the Rental Agreement, while following PIPEDA and the Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound and outbound calls from account holders and assisting on resolving their delinquent accounts, by means of payment arrangements in full, settlements as well as payment plans.
  • Contacts delinquent tenants through skip tracing techniques, by means of phone, email, or mail, with the purpose of requesting and collecting monies owing to Skyline.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of residential property management and/or real estate is an asset.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
