Sushi Mountain Culinary Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Lead to join our team at Sushi Mountain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as leading and training our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate supply costs and labour expenses to ensure efficient operations.
- Instruct and train cooks in food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Plan menus, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
- Recruit and onboard new staff members, focusing on their development and growth within the company.
- Prior experience as a chef or culinary leader is essential, with a strong track record of menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, with expertise in culinary techniques, inventory management, and staff development.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
