Highly Skilled Office Coordinator for a Dynamic Team

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Calgary. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and caring environment, committed to saving and improving the lives of Canadians.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to our clients, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping;
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files;
- Ensuring excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
- Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist;
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
- Able to lift up to 5-10 lbs. when required;
- Must have a car to commute to the work site;
- Must be vaccinated.
