Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that all food is prepared and served safely and to the highest quality standards.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to operate efficiently.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service and meeting our business objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
