Gérer et coordonner les procédures et opérations visant à relever toute activité bancaire frauduleuse ou illégale. Gérer généralement deux services spécialisés ou plus composés de personnes assumant des rôles de supervision et de direction, de personnel de fonction et d'un nombre important de membres du personnel assurant un soutien opérationnel.

What's the Opportunity?

Vous travaillerez directement avec la plateforme d'assurance RBC et les propriétaires de la ligne de produits respectifs pour développer et concevoir des pratiques de gestion de la fraude solides. Vous établirez la stratégie globale de la fraude pour RBC Assurance et assurez l'efficacité de l'équilibre entre les pertes de fraude, l'expérience client, les coûts opérationnels et le cadre de gestion des risques. Vous dirigerez les processus de prévision et de planification pour la gestion de la fraude, en partenariat avec les gestionnaires de produits, les leaders des risques commerciaux, les services d'enquêtes corporatives et la gestion des risques du groupe. Vous fournirez aux leaders commerciaux et aux cadres supérieurs de la gestion de la fraude des analyses et des informations sur les tendances et les performances globales.

What Will You Do?
  • Agir en conseiller de confiance pour RBC Assurance et fournir des clés d'analyse pour décrire les paysages de fraude actuels et attendus
  • Diriger et présenter des mises à jour trimestrielles sur la fraude
  • Comprendre les schémas de fraude internes et externes, les objectifs des partenaires commerciaux, les capacités technologiques et développer des plans stratégiques pour aborder les nouveaux et les risques de fraude existants
  • Effectuer des analyses de données pour développer une base de faits pour les affaires, qui peuvent être nécessaires pour l'investissement en technologie ou en FTE
  • Identifier les activités de fraude clés pouvant être externalisées ou internalisées et développer un plan de stratégie de la fraude
  • Établir et maintenir un réseau étendu de pairs externes de l'industrie
  • Effectuer des recherches pour évaluer les meilleures stratégies et technologies de mitigation de la fraude
  • Appuyer les initiatives commerciales clés avec des expertises en matière de fraude et d'optionnalité
What You Need to Succeed

Must have:

  • Expérience en gestion des risques ou en conseil en gestion
  • Expérience dans l'industrie de l'assurance et connaissance des produits d'assurance
  • Autoentrepreneur, penseur innovant qui peut identifier les opportunités d'optimisation
  • Penseur quantitatif et analytique, capable de décomposer les problèmes complexes et ambigus pour identifier et distiller les opportunités clés
  • Capacité à présenter efficacement à un public senior et à fournir des preuves convaincantes pour un cours d'action
  • Capacité à faciliter et à gérer des initiatives et à démontrer l'impact et l'influence à travers plusieurs entreprises et niveaux de gestion
  • Une maturité en matière de gestion d'entreprise avec des résultats commerciaux probants et des réussites passées
  • Grade universitaire et un haut niveau de discrétion dans le traitement d'informations confidentielles
