About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Health and Beauty Distributor Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Open and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to support employee development and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective team management.
Work Environment and Requirements
