Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating inspections, repairs, and renovations while prioritizing accuracy and efficiency in schedules. Additionally, the successful candidate will process work orders and associated invoices, manage local purchases, maintain branch records, review employee information, and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inspection, repair, and renovation activities with high attention to detail and schedule management.
  • Process and track work orders and associated invoices to ensure timely completion and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage local purchases, maintain accurate records, and forward relevant documentation to the appropriate personnel.
  • Keep up-to-date branch records, processing expenses accurately, and ensuring all necessary updates are made.
  • Review employee information, ensuring timely and accurate reports are forwarded to Head Office.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous coordination or scheduling experience is considered an asset.
  • A minimum 2-year diploma in business/office administration or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience is desired.

Salary and Benefits
