About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Express Courier Associate to join our team at Million Deliveries Inc. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages across the region.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, navigate through busy streets and pedestrian areas, and handle cash transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pickup and Delivery: Collect and deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and regulations
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Transportation/Travel Experience: Regional or national transportation/travel experience
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, initiative, client focus, efficiency, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, teamwork, accuracy, dependability
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
