Job Title: Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at 2213912 Alberta Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, team player.
