Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial role in preparing and presenting our menu items to the highest standards. If you're passionate about food, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to order, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with food inventory, ordering, and storage as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Culinary diploma or degree an asset.
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
