Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to deepen client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings and events for our Investment Advisors, providing proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus, and responding to client account inquiries. They will also help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience within the investment industry, a university degree, and approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC. They should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as a self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset.

The estimated salary for this position is between $38,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions, and business needs.
