Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for translating technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations
• Design, code, test, debug, and document applications
• Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
• Experience with information retrieval packages using query languages
• Experience with one or more communications protocols

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and etc
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring/developing
• Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects
• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates
• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods
• Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification
• Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations
• Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
• Experience with configuring Siebel migration application
• Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager
• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
• Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery, and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files
• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Grants Management would be an asset

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
• Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
• Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
• Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
