Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity and minimize workload.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a fast-paced environment.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
Supervision and Computer Skills
  • Supervise 3-4 people.
  • Proficient in electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of Google Drive.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized and reliable.
  • Adaptable and a team player.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English language is the primary language of work.
