Job Title: Regional Manager, Retail Stores, Greater Montreal
Job Summary:
Bell Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our Retail Stores team in Greater Montreal. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Store Managers, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Store Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retail profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of customer service
- Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Store Managers, Sales Teams, and Corporate Office
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the retail sector, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as business administration or management
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
