About the Role

KLONDIKE Lubricants Corporation is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Quebec territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strong relationships with distributors, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Execute KLONDIKE's sales playbook to achieve and exceed revenue milestones in the Quebec territory.
  • Distributor Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, and identify new opportunities to expand our network.
  • Market Penetration: Drive and close deals to increase market share and expand our presence in the Quebec territory.
  • Customer Focus: Synthesize customer and market feedback to inform messaging and ensure a strict customer focus.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the executive team to ideate on new markets, strategies, partnerships, and product initiatives.
  • Account Planning: Review account and opportunity plans with sales teams to ensure key objectives are exceeded and forecasts are accurate.
  • Leadership: Provide inspirational, energetic leadership by example, and mentor distributor sales team members on best practices to help maximize their potential.
Requirements
  • Extensive Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of driving revenue in the lubricants industry, with a strong network of existing relationships with relevant executives of potential customer and partner organizations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: First-class communication skills and the ability to win commitment and 'buy in' to a common vision and clearly stated goals.
  • Goal-Oriented: Naturally motivated to reach milestones, with outstanding integrity, credibility, and character.
  • Process Implementation: Ability to implement and execute repeatable processes within a scaling organization.
