Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to join our team at Christina Anne Marini. As a child care provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to infants and children in a private home setting.

About the Role

This is a temporary position requiring approximately 40 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary based on industry standards, with an estimated annual compensation of $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and engaging in activities to promote their emotional and physical well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes regular sleep schedules, meal times, and playtime.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to understand their needs and expectations, as well as any special requirements or considerations.
  • Develop and implement activities that cater to the children's interests and abilities, promoting learning and development.
  • Handle household responsibilities such as laundry, cleaning, and light housekeeping duties.
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a caregiving role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification
