We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team at MSC BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment by performing various cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
  • General Maintenance: Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, and wash windows, interior walls and ceilings.
  • Work Environment: Work in various locations with minimal supervision, and work with a team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, judgement, organized, and reliability.
