Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD.

Job Summary

The Guest Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, maintaining operation of computer systems and equipment, and coordinating work schedules and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the front desk and guest services.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a rural area and in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

The Guest Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
