- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior members of the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics/Statistics and 6 or more years of experience in the Data Engineering area.
- Experience in scripting languages, data transformation and aggregation tools, and data analysis, data interrogation, or data profiling.
- Experience with Cloud platforms/technologies, Big Data tools, and ETL technologies.
- Strong SQL and stored procedure skills.
- Insurance industry experience is an asset.
