Sales and Marketing Support Professional

Garaventa Lift is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Surrey, BC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing leads, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service to our regional sales managers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Management: Full cycle lead management with dealers and regional managers, including data entry and supplying leads.
- Escalation: Escalate late dealer lead processing to regional managers.
- Onboarding: Onboard new dealers for internal systems and assist in support site(s).
- Customer Support: Monitor and administer Prodesk calls and Tidio Live chat systems.
- Product Knowledge: Provide product knowledge materials to homeowners outlining features and benefits with upselling and making recommendations.
- Documentation: Support and assist architects and engineers with requested documentation or product/installation information.
- Reporting: Generate pipeline and performance reporting outlining opportunities and gaps by dealers for assigned regions.
- Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate with regional managers to identify, plan, create, and execute marketing campaign plans by area.
- Trade Shows: May attend or support regional managers attending trade shows.
- Materials and Campaigns: Ensure regional managers have current advertising materials, brochures, and campaigns.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as delegated by management.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or supportive role.
- Industry Experience: Manufacturing industry experience an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Listening and Presentation Skills: Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Attention to Detail: Detailed oriented, motivated, and optimistic.
- Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
