Sales Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Management Lead to join our team at Supplement King.
In this critical role, you will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, guiding them towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Hire, train, or arrange for training of staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise and Inventory Management: Order merchandise, organize and maintain inventory levels, and ensure that products are always available to meet customer demands.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales or retail industry.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. A flexible and organized approach to work is also required.
- Competitive Salary: An attractive salary package is offered to successful candidates, with a competitive annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
