About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer to join our team at Tyler Technologies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex database applications using Oracle PL/SQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and secure database applications using Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot database issues to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database development.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or relevant coursework.
  • At least one year of experience in software development, including object-oriented design and programming.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience and deep knowledge of SQL, development of Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, and database performance optimization.
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL Collections, Bulk techniques, Analytical Functions, and other 12c functionality is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
