Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Food Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working with the marketing team to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
