Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Alberta Transmission Service. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the switchboard, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Relay messages, schedule appointments, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Office Operations: Order supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
