Motorola Solutions seeks a talented Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive loyalty and growth among our video security & access control partner channels.

This role reports to Channel Marketing and focuses on creating engaging content, managing partner portals, and owning partner enablement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update channel partner programs and co-op materials in collaboration with channel operations.
  • Identify, create, and manage compelling content that enables partners to promote and sell our products effectively.
  • Manage and develop partner newsletters and comprehensive partner engagement strategies.
  • Create announcements to communicate new incentive programs, promotions, and corporate updates.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, channel account managers, and regional marketing on strategic initiatives.
  • Plan and host partner-facing events, including conferences and webinars.
  • Provide support and answer partner marketing inquiries.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree in marketing or related disciplines preferred.
  • 7+ years of channel marketing and/or communications experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology required, B2B technology manufacturing experience a plus.

Travel Requirements: 10-25%
