Administrative Assistant to Human Resources

TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As an Administrative Assistant to Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in the development and preparation of training tools and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create presentations and manuals for skill development;
• Enter data and maintain information in reports related to Bill 90;
• Coordinate registrations for training sessions and send confirmations to relevant branch members;
• Prepare materials needed for training sessions and ensure their delivery;
• Respond to phone calls and provide technical support when needed;
• Perform administrative tasks such as correspondence, document management, and sending documents;
• Perform various special tasks requested by the training team.
Requirements and Competencies:
• Diploma in office administration, secretariat, or administration;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
• Strong skills in document layout and design;
• Perfect mastery of French in speaking and writing;
• Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing.
