Job Summary

Gia Logistics Inc. is seeking a skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory to meet business demands
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure productivity and quality
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet business needs
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
