About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Timberich Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to electronic enquiries and addressing client concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ordering new stock as needed.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and address any queries they may have.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
