Job Title: Executive Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as an Executive Support Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our senior management team and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Assist in planning and controlling budget and expenditures, ensuring that all expenses are accurately accounted for and aligned with our business goals.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and updated as required.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails, providing excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, analyzing trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that all equipment and materials are in good working order.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate payment of employees and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance.
