Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect IT

At Lenovo, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect IT to join our team. As a key member of our IT Services organization, you will play a critical role in collaborating with internal teams and Lenovo Services Delivery Partners to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope requirements and identify delivery strategies to meet customer needs
  • Develop Statements of Work contracts with business partners and customers
  • Negotiate with partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure requirements are documented
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and partners
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT Services experience with at least 5 years of Solution Development and Costing
  • Experience with Managed Services, Service Desk, UEM, and DaaS
  • Strong attention to detail, contract creation, and risk management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
