Post Office Team Leader

At London Drugs Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Post Office Team Leader. This role requires the ability to provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service in all departments of the store, with a specific focus on the Post Office department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess good interpersonal and motivational skills. They will also be responsible for performing inventory counts, merchandising, and maintaining the professional sales image of the department.
As a Post Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting customers with mailing letters and parcels, providing assistance with PO boxes, and assisting customers with Venture One and other CPC transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all merchandising standards are met.
