Job Summary

Catcher Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to join our team.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to senior management in planning, implementing and controlling administrative services.
  • This includes direct and indirect staff supervision, budget planning and control, as well as preparing reports and briefs for management committees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Hire, train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare and present reports and briefs to senior management on administrative services performance and metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
