At Air Canada, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Technical Data Controller - Maintenance within our ACM branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory audit findings and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Position

This is a great opportunity to join our diverse and vibrant team at the leading edge of passenger aviation. Located near the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, this position offers a competitive starting salary of $23.14/hour, based on experience and according to the Collective Agreement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with warehouse locations, departments, customers, and manufacturer representatives as required.
  • Analyze outputs and extract pertinent technical data from automated systems.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and work with data to deliver accurate results.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Show ability to shift focus given changing priorities and time constraints.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with personnel and/or customers.
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills with a strong awareness for precision.
  • Display investigative nature and self-motivation.
  • Maintain knowledge of logistics operations and maintenance programs.
  • Work shifts and extended hours if or when required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be eligible to work in Canada at the time any offer of employment is made and have the necessary transportation security clearances depending on the work location.
