Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized dishroom environment, ensuring the efficient operation of our dishwashing systems, and supporting our culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dishroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize dishware, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Storage and Handling: Store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas and handle cleaning products with care.
  • Task Management: Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient dishroom operations and meet the needs of our culinary team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

As a Dishroom Attendant at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized dishroom area.
