Job Summary

The Sales Excellence Professional will be responsible for managing pipeline, leads, opportunities, and accounts attaining quota. This role requires building new relationships through outbound selling, qualifying inbound leads using our sales process, and developing lasting relationships with customers.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage pipeline, leads, opportunities, and accounts attaining quota
  2. Build new relationships through outbound selling and qualify inbound leads using our sales process
  3. Develop and maintain lasting relationships and build referrals and references
  4. Promote the WellnessLiving Brand and promote our value along with new features
  5. Leverage a consultative selling approach with prospects and customers
  6. Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  7. Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  8. Become a champion of WL product through acquiring thorough knowledge of the product and the industry
  9. Work with other departments of the organization where required
  10. Keep Salesforce up to date for collaboration and reporting
  11. Be held accountable for personal and team sales goals, reporting on sales activities and KPI's
  12. Provide feedback on ways to optimize our selling process and solution

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years relevant sales experience within software industry
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity, managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
  • Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent communications skills – both in verbal and written correspondence
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organization
  • Comfortable conducting customer calls and/or communication of WellnessLiving products on weekend and/or evening time slots if required
