Job Overview

This part-time role will provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customers' needs. The ideal candidate will possess an individualized style that relates to customers and engage them in a genuine way to drive sales and provide an exciting, fast, and easy store experience.

As a floor supervisor on duty, the Key Holder (Part Time) will be responsible for completing basic store operations, opening and closing tasks, and leading associates in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness: Stay up-to-date on our latest products and brands to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Business Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our business objectives and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Proactive Thinking: Anticipate and respond to customer needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized store environment to meet high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Register/Point of Sales use: Accurately operate the register and point-of-sale system to process transactions efficiently.
  • Asset Protection: Monitor store inventory and prevent loss through effective asset protection strategies.
  • Visual Displays: Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create visually appealing displays that drive sales.
  • System Skills: Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Requirements
  • At Least One Year of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Assertiveness: Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Applied Learning: Continuously learn and apply new skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
