Exciting Opportunity in Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a positive store environment.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity with flexible hours and overtime available. You will work closely with our Front End Department to ensure seamless operations and provide a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service that meets customer needs and expectations
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times
  • Manage lotto services and process utility payments, rentals, and transactions
  • Perform negative transactions such as refunds or returns
  • Assist in Front End Department functions and maintain customer service desk area
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Partial high school education
  • No previous experience required, but willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential
Work Environment

This role involves working in a retail store environment, which requires:

  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Lifting up to 50lbs, with assistance for heavier items
  • Exposure to varying temperatures over short periods
  • Physical work, including bending, lifting, and reaching
