As an Assistant Operations Manager at Kal Tire, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of positivity and growth, and motivating and developing team members. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles, a valid Driver's License, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to fulfill customer needs at the front counter.
  • Manage administrative duties, such as payables and cash reports.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve problems.
  • Take on various roles throughout the day, from sales and service experts to mentoring team members and planning goals.
  • Assist with managing Kal Tire assets and cash flow under company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies and plans.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent and some management training.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed.
