We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrator and Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and manage contract administration activities for multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction professionals
  • Analyze and interpret construction contracts, specifications, and technical documents
  • Prepare and issue site instructions, change orders, and other contractual documents
  • Manage and coordinate design changes, RFI responses, and other project-related activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction administration, contract management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and quality assurance techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan.
