Job Description- Determine the size of food portions and costs, ensuring optimal profitability.
- Requisition essential food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to exacting standards.
- Prepare dishes tailored to customers with specific dietary needs and preferences.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene and quality control.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
- Effectively manage kitchen operations, streamlining processes for enhanced productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant work experience.
