About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Our ideal candidate is a people-centric individual who can connect with customers in a relatable way, providing proactive support and guidance throughout their banking journey.

  • Process day-to-day transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, identifying and fulfilling their needs
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and pursuing simple sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with technology and share knowledge with customers to help them better manage their banking needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Uncover and solve customers' needs, explaining complex concepts in a simple and clear manner
  • Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
