Job Title: Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at Hunter Amenities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
