Job Summary

The Administrative Processes Specialist will analyze the needs of the organization and implement professional techniques to improve administrative service delivery. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Science, or a related field, as well as three years of relevant administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement administrative methods and techniques
  • Analyze data and create reports
  • Manage budgets and information systems
  • Ensure compliance with MSSS administrative regulations
  • Provide leadership and teamwork skills

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in Cree and/or French is an asset

Work Environment

This position requires the ability to travel inside and outside of the Eeyou Istchee territory as required. Telework is possible, depending on operational needs.
