Job Description

The Beverage Operations Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations, including beverage functions, staff management, and inventory control. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set objectives and targets for beverage unit/bartenders
  • Determine staff scheduling needs and recruit staff
  • Performance Management for bar staff
  • Assess development needs and train and coach staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of F&B management and supervisory experience
  • Solid leadership skills and experience recruiting, training, and managing staff
  • Extensive food and beverage experience, sound judgement, and knowledge of operations
