Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Advance Towing. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining our fleet of tow trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Towing Operations
    • Tow vehicles safely and efficiently, using computer equipment and GPS navigation to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance
    • Oversee the condition of our tow trucks and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
    • Perform brake adjustments and other routine maintenance tasks to keep our fleet in top condition.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulations.
    • Pay and receive payments for goods and services, as needed.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel and exposure to varying weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Mountain driving expertise.
    • Professionalism in customer service.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
