Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to focus on achieving sales goals in a designated territory. This role involves maintaining current customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and identifying sales growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and new clients.
  • Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.
  • Offer technical support and guidance on company products.
  • Track, monitor, and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.

Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.
  • Review and analyze monthly sales reports, providing feedback on performance variances.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a sales role.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
