The Strategic Client Partnership Lead serves as the primary point of contact between our high-profile clients and the agency. This role involves nurturing and growing client relationships, providing leadership, strategy, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Independently manage client relationships and projects, offering sound solutions to issues and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. Ensure every product and deliverable aligns with clients' needs by maintaining a deep understanding of their business objectives.
  3. Propose and introduce new solutions and services based on clients' requirements, fostering long-term account growth.
  4. Maintain a working knowledge of client brand standards and assets, making strategic recommendations to enhance their presence.
  5. Collaborate closely with Account Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery and resource allocation.
  6. Monitor overall project budgets, identify areas for efficiency improvement, and maintain projects within scope.
  7. Take ownership of day-to-day project management tasks, including daily stand-ups, Jira updates, and quality control checks.
  8. Keep senior management informed of project progress, addressing potential issues affecting client services and resolving them promptly.
  9. Engage subject matter experts across departments to drive project success and explore new initiatives.
  10. Provide mentorship and leadership to Accounts team members, assisting with onboarding as needed.
  11. Foster positive employee morale by encouraging and energizing the wider VERB team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, business, communications, public relations, or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to present clearly and confidently to clients and internal management.
  • Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams with budget, schedule, and resourcing constraints.
  • A general understanding of website design and development, UX testing and reporting, analytics measurement plans, and SEO.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
