">About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial property manager to join our TGA Property Management team as a Senior Commercial Property Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the management of our assigned commercial properties, including tenant relations, operational performance, and financial results.

- Manage property operations to achieve budgeted financial results, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal returns on investment.">
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess property conditions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance asset value.">
- Develop and implement effective cost-saving initiatives to minimize operating expenses and maximize profit margins.">
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.">
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and training to support their professional growth and development.">
- Foster a culture of excellence, promoting high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be considered for this role, you should have:

- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial property management, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale portfolios.">
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.">
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.">
- Experience with YARDI (Voyager 7S) or similar software, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.">
